Weekly Availability

    Please enter the Sunday at the end of the week you are giving availability for.


  • Indicate your availability for each flight period.

    We will use this info to assign crew members for the upcoming week. If you select Maybe in a time period, we will not assign you without contacting you first. Assignments will be made after reviewing all submissions and will be based on the number of crew needed for each flight.
















Chase crew is scheduled weekly in advance AND as needed during the week.
Please submit the form on this page to report your availability to the crew coordinator. You may be scheduled in advance, or as additional flights are scheduled.

New hires
To be added to our payroll, you must complete and submit payroll documentation to our office.
