Crew

Our ground crew is an essential component in offering a premiere balloon ride experience to our customers. We rely on our crew for safe flying and smooth operations. Chase crew members work closely with the pilots to assist in operation of the balloon, setup and inflation, “chasing” the balloon during flight, communicating with landowners during landing, and packing up the balloon and driving passengers back to the launch site. Our crew members also sometimes assist with other balloon related operations like parades, festivals, educational appearances, etc.

We have many experienced crew members, but are always looking for new members to add to our team. It’s a part time job with erratic hours (it’s ballooning, that’s how it goes!). And it’s not just a job. Our crew is like family. We’re a big group that likes to have fun together.
